Account security
Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Phone verification uses one-time codes that expire and resist brute-force attempts. Sessions expire and can be revoked.
Access control
Every action in a business is checked against the member's role and permissions. Staff can only do what their role allows.
Business data separation
Each business's data is strictly isolated. Members can only access businesses they belong to — enforced on every request, not just in the interface.
Data protection
Sensitive values such as OTP codes are stored hashed. Audit logs record important actions so changes are traceable.
Secure communication
All communication between apps and our servers uses encrypted connections.
